What's the difference between the free quick look, a season edition and the year pack?
The free quick look gives you your risk type, ready to share, and the count of everything the full report holds. A season edition (A$14.99) is the complete report for the current season: all 91 risks with reasons, the gap sheet, the evacuation section and the full four-stage plan. The year pack (A$39) is four season editions — a fresh report each season, delivered as the season turns — for less than three single editions.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again automatically?
Each purchase is one payment. There is no automatic renewal. You choose whether to buy the next season. The year pack is also one payment, covering four editions.
What exactly is a season edition?
It is a full household report generated for a named season. The report is fixed when generated because risks vary by season. It is not quietly changed after issue. Official alerts during that season are forwarded unchanged as an included extra.
How does the year pack deliver four editions?
A new edition is generated at the start of each season, emailed to you and added to your account. If your answers change, the new edition is updated before it is calculated. Editions already delivered are not withdrawn or changed.
How do refunds work?
If delivery fails, or a substantiated material error still cannot be fixed after a re-issue, we refund. Australian consumer rights always apply. The full policy is in the terms.
Which should I get first — the season edition or the year pack?
