What withHarmora is
An independent household preparedness information service for Australian households. You enter a postcode and answer a short questionnaire about your home and household; withHarmora builds a local risk report — 91 risks assessed for that household — and a staged preparation plan, calculated from official public data by the published method in How it works.
Not official advice — in an emergency, call 000
withHarmora is not a government agency, not an emergency service and not affiliated with any organisation whose public data it uses. Nothing here is official advice, and official warnings always take precedence. Information is general in nature, and preparing your home never replaces leaving early when authorities advise it. In an emergency, call 000.
Early version — read the labels
withHarmora is an early version, being built postcode by postcode. Every figure states its source and a confidence level; samples are labelled as samples, and where no official data exists yet we show “data pending” instead of a number.
Accounts
A free account is an email address and a sign-in link — there is no password. Register first, then run the check: the account saves your household and report history, holds any editions you buy, and unlocks your full Today page.
Editions — what you are buying
withHarmora sells editions, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal and nothing is ever charged twice for the same season.
- Season edition (A$14.99). The complete report for one named season, generated for your household at the moment of purchase. A snapshot: it does not silently change after it is issued. While its season runs, official alerts for your postcode are forwarded unchanged, as an included extra.
- Year pack (A$39). Four season editions. The first is generated at purchase; each following season's edition is generated at that season's start from your then-current answers and emailed to you, and appears on your account page.
- Upgrading. If you hold the current season edition and buy the year pack, the season you already own is credited so you never pay for the same season twice; the exact credit is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
A generated report is a personalised digital product, made for your household at the moment of purchase — so, as a rule, generated editions are not refundable for change of mind. The exceptions below always apply, and nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Before generation. Not yet generated? Cancel for a full refund.
- Our failure. We fail to deliver, deliver it blank or unusable, duplicate a charge, or a substantiated material error survives a re-issue — full refund to the original payment method.
- Accuracy concerns. Tell us: we re-check and re-issue free once. If a substantiated material error remains after the re-issue, the refund above applies.
- Your mistake. Wrong postcode or answers? We correct them and re-issue once, free, as a goodwill gesture.
- Year pack. Seasons not yet delivered are refundable in proportion to the editions remaining; delivered seasons follow the rules above.
- Coverage withdrawn. If we withdraw coverage for your postcode during a period you paid for, the unused portion is refunded in proportion to the time left.

Shopping-list links and commissions
Some links in your plan's shopping list are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the retailer may pay withHarmora a commission (typically a small percentage of the sale). The rules are fixed: a commission never changes what we recommend, the order of recommendations, or which products appear — plan steps are chosen by the preparation method alone, and the shopping list only ever carries items your own unfinished plan steps call for. Affiliate links are labelled where they appear and open with the standard rel="sponsored" marker. Prices you pay are unaffected.
Fair use
withHarmora is for preparing your own household. Please don't scrape the service, resell reports, or present withHarmora figures as official data or official advice.
Responsibility, in plain language
We take care to use official sources and to show our working, but data can be incomplete or out of date and we cannot guarantee that any figure is accurate for your property or your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions, including evacuation decisions. To the extent the law allows, withHarmora is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this service. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be removed.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops; the current version always lives at this address, with the update date at the top. Questions about these terms: support@withharmora.com.
